Each item will be charged at the stated price plus the appropriate delivery cost as detailed on the website and all promotional material, relative to the postage destination. A receipt email will be sent upon completion of your order.

Failure to advise us of any errors within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmation will result in you still being liable for the full cost of the items.
The images on the speedyplasticsandresins website are computer generated. Because of this the colour, and surface texture of certain products may not be exactly the same as the actual product. To ascertain the exact colour, and surface texture of a product, please ask for a sample before ordering. We will be happy to send you a sample of any of our products, free of charge. Speedyplasticsandresins can not be held responsible for any differences in colour, and surface texture, between product images, and the actual product.
Speedyplasticsandresins shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever, incurred by the customer, due to late delivery, or non-delivery of goods.
If you have a genuine reason for wanting to return your item, please email helpdesk@speedyplasticsandresins.co.uk in the first instance, or call (0844) 858 6670 explaining the reasons why the item is to be returned. Your item must be returned unused with any box seals unbroken and in the original packaging in the condition as supplied, not in any way soiled or damaged within 30 days of receipt. You must pay for the cost of the return, it should be sent by recorded delivery or special delivery fully insured and you should keep your receipt as proof of postage. We will not accept returns in the following cases:
The item has been used (unless there is a provable quality issue)
The item has been proven to be deliberately damaged
The item is unwanted – we will only refund this if the item meets the criteria set out above i.e. has not been used with any box seals unbroken and in the original packaging in the condition as supplied, not in any way soiled or damaged within 30 days of receipt and has not been personalised. A handling/re-stocking charge may be applicable, and delivery charges in this situation are non-refundable.
If we are informed of damages, or shortages, on a delivery, after 3 days of receipt of the materials, we will be unable to accept any returns, or process any refunds. If a delivery is not received, and we are not informed of this, by email, within 30 days of the order date, we will not be able to process a refund, or replace the materials free of charge. All refunds will be issued by speedyplasticsandresins.co.uk. In the event of an item being returned due to quality issues, we will take this up with our supplier and advise you of the outcome.
To benefit from our Price Promise, you need to supply us with confirmation of the price/quote for the identical products from another online retailer. Please email us at helpdesk@speedyplasticsandresins.co.uk with full details.
All prices must include VAT and delivery cost
Auction sites (e.g. eBay) are not included within our price promise
Products must be identical in colour, size, manufacturer and accreditation; delivery service must also be identical
Competitors’ pricing errors will not be matched
All prices must be currently available online on a UK-based website
If an individual product/products within an order is/are not cheaper than a competitor but the overall order is cheaper, then the order is deemed to be cheaper and no refund is due
Full details must be received by Speedy Plastics and Resins within 7 days from the date of order; after this time the price promise will expire
We will review your Price Promise request and contact you as soon as possible. The Price Promise offer is subject to the discretion of Speedy Plastics and Resins and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. If a refund is given under our Price Promise, it can only be given once per customer and cannot be repeated on the same product item.
